Our Work With Rambert

Audience Growth & Digital Strategy for Rambert Plus

Where We Started

Rambert launched Rambert Plus as part of its wider ambition to expand how audiences engage with dance. Positioned at the intersection of dance and digital space, the platform aimed to grow a sustainable online audience while developing meaningful connections with its community through subscription-based content.

The Problem We Solved

As the platform continued evolving, the challenge was not only about increasing subscriptions, but also about refining how audiences discovered and engaged with the platform. There was a growing need for a more connected user acquisition and retention strategy that could strengthen visibility, improve user journeys and help Rambert Plus stand out within an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

The Outcomes

Working closely across campaigns on Meta, Google, and organic, Diagonal helped the platform to increase its monthly premium subscribers and connect with its fanbase much more meaningfully while strengthening brand awareness. It’s been exciting to support the platform’s evolution (now with 500 paid subscribers), combining marketing, retention, and search-led growth as it continues to reach and resonate with wider arts audiences month after month.

A key milestone: in 2025, Rambert became the 4th biggest improver in search visibility in the arts sector in the UK, with a +166% increase, a major SEO achievement that was largely driven audience strategy, user journey refinement, and constant content optimisation.
